Erina House Extension & Full Home Renovation

Brendan Scott Constructions completed this house extension and full home renovation in Erina on the Central Coast NSW.

The project combined additional living space with extensive renovation work throughout the home, creating a connected and functional living environment.

From the kitchen and open-plan living areas through to the bathrooms, laundry, bedrooms and detailed internal finishes, the project involved a broad range of building and carpentry work.

THE ERINA EXTENSION & RENOVATION

This Erina project involved a house extension combined with a full home renovation.

The work brought together extension construction, renovation work, building and carpentry, internal finishes and improvements to the home's living areas.

Combining these works as one project allows the new and existing areas of the home to be considered together, with attention to the connection between the extension and the renovated parts of the house.

OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN & LIVING AREAS

The renovated living areas provide an open connection between the kitchen, dining and living spaces.

The finished area features a large kitchen with an island bench, extensive cabinetry, timber-look flooring, skylights, ceiling fans and large glazed doors opening onto the outdoor living area.

The layout provides a practical connection between the kitchen and the main living area, while the large glazed doors provide access to the outdoor space.

KITCHEN RENOVATION & CABINETRY

The kitchen forms a major part of the renovated living area.

The completed kitchen includes extensive white cabinetry, an island bench, integrated storage and modern appliances, with additional cabinetry and workspace provided in the adjoining areas.

The project also includes detailed built-in cabinetry and storage throughout the home.

BATHROOM RENOVATION

The renovation included updated bathroom areas with new vanities, mirrors, tiling, shower fittings, tapware and other finished details.

The bathrooms were completed with a clean, contemporary finish and coordinated materials and fittings.

LAUNDRY & BUILT-IN STORAGE

The project included a dedicated laundry area with extensive built-in cabinetry, benchtop workspace, storage and a utility sink.

The cabinetry provides practical storage while keeping the laundry organised and integrated with the rest of the renovated home.

INTERNAL FINISHES & CARPENTRY

A major part of a full home renovation is the quality of the internal finishing work.

This Erina project includes detailed internal carpentry, wall panelling, doors and trims, cabinetry, flooring, painting and finishing throughout the renovated areas.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR LIVING

The extension created additional living space and improved the connection between the internal living areas and the outdoor area.

The completed project includes a timber outdoor/deck area accessed directly from the main living space, with stairs providing access to the outdoor area.
